Food Design and three-dimensional models. The taste at the table is also the aesthetic one

Dinara Kasko continues to impress with her cakes that look like miniature architecture. With a background as an architect and with a passion for cooking, she brings these passions together, creating cakes that satisfy not only taste, but above all sight

The taste of the table is not only made of flavours, but above all of perfumes, colours and presentation. This is the origin of the current of food design. Dinara Kasko reinterprets this new approach to serving, which is more of a social act now, making her cakes look aesthetic

Her research, as well as in taste, concerns geometric proportions and chromatic approach, which she always studies, both externally and internally, when the "object of desire" will be consumed

Her special art comes from the fact that whenever she invents and designs a new cake, she also designs the silicone mould that will contain it for preparation and cooking. Her architectural studies and knowledge of 3D printing are reflected in the table. For the pleasure of us lovers of taste and aesthetics
